WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship orders across India and work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Our estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location. During peak periods or promotional offers, delivery may take slightly longer.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an AWB (Tracking Number) within 1-2 business days via email or SMS.
You can use your AWB number to track your shipment on our Tracking Page. If you experience any issues while tracking your order, please contact us at support@kneefix.in.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you've ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. This helps us deliver your order as quickly as possible instead of waiting for all items to become available.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
