Return & Refund Policy
In order to process a return or exchange, please contact us to obtain a return authorization.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The returned item must be received in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
We offer returns, refunds, or exchanges only if the product is received damaged, defective, or not working properly. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reason.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy on eligible orders.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@kneefix.in with your Order Number and a clear video of the damaged or defective product. Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide you with a return authorization.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from kneefix.in. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
If you wish to exchange your product, please place a new order for the desired item and contact us with your Order Number. We'll guide you through the exchange process.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed. Refunds are generally reflected in your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If more than 5 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kneefix.in.
INVALID REASONS
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The buyer no longer wants the product after placing the order.
- The buyer changes their mind after the order has been confirmed.
- The buyer was not ready to complete the purchase.
Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order. Once an order is successfully placed, it becomes a purchase agreement between the customer and KneeFix.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kneefix.in.
If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
